CD&S Online Overview

In lieu of the CHILDREN’S DROP & SHOP 2020 Spring/Summer event that was supposed to be held at the Pingree School in S. Hamilton, MA on March 18-22, the CD&S team has created an awesome peer-to-peer marketplace online. 

 

We are asking all Consignors [Sellers] to keep to the same high standards for their clothes and gear. Sellers will post their items via a new, very easy system that you can do with your phone.  Buyers will buy from the same very easy system that displays items by category and sub-category. 

 

The biggest difference will be in the delivery of sold items to the buyers.  To maintain maximum safety, goods will be exchanged via Porch Pickups, Meet Ups and/or snail mail through USPS.

 

Also, Sellers earn 80% of their sold items, minus payment processing fees. Buyers pay for shipping.

Pre-Sale opens (for Sellers only)                 Thursday, April 23rd @ 7 PM 

Shopping opens to public                              Friday, April 24th @ 10 AM

FEES

Seller Fee: $10

To buy, you need a PayPal account or a credit/debit card

To sell, you need a PayPal account or a checking account.

GUIDELINES/RULES

No COD. 

No cash. 

No buying outside of online transactions. 

No returns. 

No misrepresentations (must disclose stain, zipper snag or if you have had items hemmed). 

Launder all items before delivery/pickup to Buyer. 

Identify Porch Pickup scenario (i.e. on porch, near bench in brown bag, no dogs, etc.)
